2.주요업무내용

Accounting Manager Reporting to Associate Director in US supervises the accounts receivable and accounts payable team in Korea. The manager coaches four AR accountants and two AP accountants who fully support Zinus US entity to include hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating team members.

The successful individual will work closely with operations, customers, and vendors to ensure that customer payments are received and posted promptly, and payments to suppliers are made accurately and timely.

The manager establishes procedures to ensure that any deduction from customer are monitored and disputed if needed to eliminate unnecessary or unidentified deduction when due and oversees regular reconciliation of deduction to ensure completeness of accounts receivables.

The manager establishes procedures to ensure that vendor invoices are paid when due and oversees regular reconciliation of vendor statements to ensure completeness of liabilities. Maintains efficient processes to manage the high volume of invoices received are entered promptly and accurately. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

· Review and approve BP (Business Partner) creation/change/deletion with agreement.

· Review and improve O2C process especially sales order / goods issue.

· Review and improve P2P process especially purchase order / goods reciept.

· Maintain COA (Chart of Account).

· Review and manage fixed assets.

· Allocate prepaid expenses.

· Review payroll related document.

· Review claim, program deduction, promotion, and marketing expenses.

· Review logistics invoices.

· Maintain GR/IR account.

· Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies, including month-end closing/tax functions to ensure adherence to company guideline.

· Provides accounting assistance to project managers and staff; responds to financial questions/concerns to meet business needs.

· Acts as a liaison between the Zinus Korea and Zinus US to meet information needs and to ensure that proper information is maintained for historical purposes.

· Train and evaluate team members to enhance their performance.

· Ad hoc projects and analysis to support the senior and executive management.

· Performs other duties as required.

3.필수사항

· At least 5+ year experiences in AR/AP.

· Team management (1+ years)

· Knowledge and understanding of SAP FI reporting is required.

· Superior spreadsheets skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

· Strong decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good planning and priority setting skills.

· May be required to work long hours and weekends.

· Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Ability to be respectful, approachable and team-oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.

· Accounting professional certificate holder

· Bilingual (Korean/English)
