2.주요업무내용

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. The responsibilities include establishing optimal P2P (Purchase to Payment)/ R2R (Record to Report)/ O2C (Order to Cash) by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information.

· Review and approve P2P/R2R/O2C transactions.

· Support all aspects of accounting/reporting/taxation/treasury process.

· End-to-end process ownership to support finance and business partners.

· Provides accounting assistance to project managers and staff; responds to financial questions/concerns to meet business needs.

· Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies, including month-end closing/tax functions to ensure adherence to company guideline.

· Acts as a liaison between the company and external parties to meet information needs and to ensure that proper information is maintained for historical purposes.

· Train and coach to team members to enhance their performance.

· Ad hoc projects and analysis to support the senior and executive management.

· Performs other duties as required.

3.필수사항

· At least 7+ year experiences in GL/Tax/AP/AR.

· Knowledge and understanding of SAP FI reporting is required.

· Superior spreadsheets skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

· Strong decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good planning and priority setting skills.

· May be required to work long hours and weekends.

· Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team-oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.

· Accounting professional certificate holder

· Project lead experience

· Bilingual (Korean/English)
