2. 주요업무내용

- Provide advice in collaboration with the Korean CFO for operating the

manufacturing company in compliance with U.S. accounting standards and tax

laws

- Support in preparing financial materials for reports to the Korean head office

- Working on the annual audit process and Tax returns.

- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies.

- Knowledge of international accounting standards.

- Financial Planning & Analysis

- Standard cost analysis

- Managing financial report

- Monitor and manage cash flow.

- Conduct financial analysis and benchmarking to drive performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.

3. 필수사항

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Proven experience in finance management.

- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.

- Proficiency in financial management software and tools.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

4. 우대사항

- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry.

- Bilingual in English & Korean is preferred.

- SAP ERP Experiences.
